Direct every aspect of operating Key Peninsula Community Services (KPCS).
Full-charge responsibility for: quality operation of programs; financial management; personnel management; fund development; strategic planning; policy recommendation and implementation; community relations; support to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
B.A. degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
High-level language, analytical and reasoning skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic priorities and situations, collaborate with diverse groups, manage multiple tasks under stress
